So weather you are trying to understand a switch function on a transmitter or a technical point of a flight manoeuvre Paul can communicate with you at you pace and level. The instruction is concise and thorough and leaves you in no doubt what you need to do to achieve the aim. LATEST NEWS: As of 1st July 2007 The Paul Heckles School of Flying has aquired Aerial Training Services (otherwise known as ATS). The purchase of ATS has provided us with larger training facilities at our new Draycot flying site. Please visit the Location page for information and directions to this new site. Please note all training will now
take place at Draycot Farm Aerodrome. We are very excited about this move and hope to see you all in the future at Wiltshire's premiere model flying school.

The Difference

The school is owned and operated by Paul and Mandy and prides itself on the friendly and personal approach given to all students. All training is tailored to the students individual requirements.

Paul Heckles has been one of the top UK public display pilots for over 15 years and started flying at the age of 6. Paul has a full size aviation pilots license and is a judge at the prestigious World 3D Masters Helicopter competition. Over the last 12 years he has successfully taught hundreds of students with the knowledge, experience and skills that he has gained over the years. Mandy has worked for a model manufacture and retail business and a full size helicopter charter company as well as assisting Paul with his training.

It is without a doubt that it is Paul and Mandy's combined wealth of experience in all aspects of aviation that has enabled them to set up a training school that will really work for you.
